Red Shift | Smoked Gochujang Sriracha
On Mars, they say everyone works the Red Shift sooner or later. When the dust storms roll in, when the air turns copper, the ground rumbles, and every breath tastes faintly of smoke. The storms can last minutes or months, swallowing whole outposts and the sun itself burns dim through the haze. To keep going out there, colonists rely on one constant: the Spice.
Some say it started as a bootleg blend meant to keep workers awake. Others swear it came from a crashed supply skiff carrying contraband flavour from the outer colonies. Whatever its origin, this sauce earned its reputation fast - Fermented Chillies are layered with Smoked Garlic and Onions. Mars red Gochujang adds depth, finished with a Ghost-chilli afterburn.
